• Clean the pot, removing any dirt or stains.
• Ensure the pot complements the tree aesthetically.
• Apply a layer of moss or suitable ground cover to enhance the presentation.
• Trim and arrange the moss neatly around the base of the tree.
• Check the tree’s position in the pot, ensuring it is balanced.
• Conduct a thorough final inspection, looking for any imperfections.
• Make last-minute adjustments to foliage, wiring, or positioning.
• Secure the tree for transport to prevent damage.
• Prepare labels or identification cards with the tree’s details.
• Include information such as species, age, and any significant history.
