Join us for an engaging and entertaining presentation with Dean Laughren, our beloved and witty mechanical engineer, teacher, guitar maker, and bonsai table creator! Inspired by a recent episode of Bonsai U featuring Bjorn Bjorholm of Eisei-en, Tokyo, Dean had an epiphany while watching Bjorn skillfully prune and shape a juniper into beautiful, foliage pads.
