Please drop off your exhibit items between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 24.
• There are two available entrances: the front door and the north door. Both entrances are accessible for wheeled carts.
• Upon arrival, bring your items to the Common Room and place them on one of the tables.
• If the formal front of your exhibit is not immediately clear, please mark it with temporary tape.
• Locate your exhibit tags and place them with your exhibit items.
• If you need assistance, feel free to ask one of the volunteers in the Common Room.
Once your items are dropped off, volunteers will handle the photography and exhibit setup.
Please remove your exhibit items from the exhibit hall at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 25.
• As everyone will be removing their exhibits simultaneously, please be patient and orderly.
• After all items have been removed, volunteers will pack up the tablecloths, curtains, and display hardware.
Volunteers will receive additional instructions to ensure an organized tear-down process.
